随着社会的发展红色旅游业已成为全球经济中发展势头最强劲和规模最大的产业之一。红色旅游业在城市经济发展中的产业地位、经济作用逐步增强红色旅游业对城市经济的拉动性、社会就业的带动力、以及对文化与环境的促进作用日益显现。红色旅游业是中国经济发展的支柱性产业之一。体现出红色旅游带动战略的巨大效应,红色旅游业的支柱地位已初见端倪。所以提升漯河市红色旅游业的地位，拓展漯河市红色旅游市场，制定合理的红色旅游市场营销战略具有十分重要的意义。
在互联网发达的今天，制作一个漯河市红色旅游网站十分有必要。该设计根据前人开发经验，基于JSP技术和MySQL数据库设计一个漯河市红色旅游网站。系统的前台，实现了旅游景点进行购票，景点类型查看，用户注册登录等功能，并且提供了当地旅游景点介绍信息浏览。系统的后台，实现了包括对用户、旅游景点、景点类型、我的收藏等的添加、删除和修改。

Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the status of Luohe red tourism, expand Luohe red tourism market and formulate a reasonable red tourism marketing strategy.
Today, with the development of the Internet, it is very necessary to make a Luohe red tourism website. According to the previous development experience, this design designs a Luohe red tourism website based on JSP technology and MySQL database.
